Replace two meals a day with a nutritious shake (breakfast and lunch or dinner), and have a well balanced main meal.
The average mix is 1 level 15ml spoon of Formula 1 + 1 level 15ml spoon of protein powder + approx 250ml of juice or semi-skimmed milk. (Different people have different bodies & needs. Using more protein will suppress the larger appetite.) The amount of fluid you use is entirely up to you, less for a thicker shake, more for a longer drink. Adding crushed ice in the summer makes the drink really refreshing. Experiment with liquidised fruit, or low fat yoghurts to create tasty alternatives.

As with all diets you will need to drink pleanty of water, avoid excesses of tea, coffee & alcohol. Dehidration can aften be mistaken for hunger.
